BA in Business Management from José Maria Vargas University, Venezuela. Minor degree in Film and Video Production program at the New School for Social Research, NYC.
In Miami began her theatre journey impulse by her mentor in the field, Miguel Ferro. General Producer of the Theater Division of Venevision Internacional. With Avante Theatre she worked as Director of Public Relations for the International Hispanic Theater Festival in South Florida. Artistic and General Producer of the musical “Visa for a Dream”, with Raúl Gonzalez, which obtained an unprecedented success in its world premiere and consequents seasons. In co-production with the Abanico Theater, she made 6 theatrical productions, Associate Producer of the musical “Siudy between Worlds”, “by Siudy Garrido and Pablo Croce, an international renown flamenco musical.
In the film and TV industry, administrative manager of the feature film Los Platos del Diablo.Production Manager of the feature film Los Pájaros se van con la Muerte.
Unit Production of the feature film Paraíso by León Ichaso. Production Manager for the TV series Gabriel starring Chayanne from Mega Films.
The Latin Business Club of America awarder her as 2005 Youth Leader of the Year category for her contribution to the development of the performing arts in Miami. Recognized for The Miami Life Award as Theater Producer of the year 2007. In 2009, was awarded by the US Latino Chamber of Commerce as one of the successful Hispanic Women of the year. And in 2010 she was nominated for a Grammy from the Suncoast for the production of “the breaking point” campaign.

Bea is currently developing the pre-production of a feature film in Miami and Caracas with the filmmaker Thaelman Urgelles, among other projects. For 7 years she was part of the High Hill Entertainment company in Miami as the director of the talent agency. Since then she has represented important TV, film, theater and advertising artists.
Currently she chairs A&B Sport and Entertainment Corp– DBA BeaU Management and proud Executive Director of the Board of Directors of the prestigious flamenco dance company Siudy Flamenco Dance Theater of Siudy Garrido.
